Donald P. Callais

Mr. Callais is the Chief Executive Officer of the Louisiana Division of USI Insurance Services Corporation, formerly Coastal Insurance Services, Inc. in Houma, Louisiana.  He co-founded Coastal Insurance, specializing in marine and oilfield related insurance.  Mr. Callais is a Vietnam Veteran and a graduate of the University of Louisiana at Monroe with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.  He is a member of the Independent Insurance Agents of Louisiana, New Orleans Mariners Club, Houma–Terrebonne Chamber of Commerce, and a past President of the local chapter of the University of Louisiana at Monroe Alumni Association.  Mr. Callais serves as Chairman of the Bank’s Audit Committee and also serves on the Bank’s Asset Liability Management, Loan, and Strategic Planning Committees.



Terry C. Calongne, Vice Chairman

Mr. Calongne is extensively involved in various real estate development projects throughout the Houma-Terrebonne area. He is the managing member of Calongne Investment LLC, a family real estate business, which owns interests in several retail strip shopping centers in the Houma area. Mr. Calongne is also the managing member of CALOG LLC and L. T. Leasing LLC, both of which own numerous commercial and industrial properties in the Houma area. He is a co-owner of Gem-Trim of Houma LLC, a specialty machine shop in Houma. Mr. Calongne previously served on the Board of Directors of the former Progressive Bank and Trust Company. He is a graduate of Nicholls State University, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Mr. Calongne serves as the Vice Chairman of the Boards of Synergy Bancshares, Inc. and its subsidiary, Synergy Bank. He is Chairman of the Bank’s Strategic Planning Committee and Co-chairman of its Building Committee. Mr. Calongne also serves on the Bank’s Compensation, Executive, and Loan Committees.



Daniel B. Cannon

Mr. Cannon has recently returned to the natural gas production and compression market with Valerus Compression Services, headquartered in Houston, TX.  With over 29 years experience in the business, he was a founder and owner of one of the foremost companies providing natural gas compression service in the US domestic markets.  His business interests include The Homestead, an assisted living retirement community in Houma, DBC LLC Investment Properties, as well as various oil and gas ventures.  He is a founder, charter member and past President of the South Central Industrial Association (SCIA), a trade association for industry in the Bayou Region of Louisiana, and a State Board member and life member associate of Louisiana's Coastal Conservation Association (CCA).  Mr. Cannon is Co-Chairman of the Bank’s Audit Committee and serves on the Bank's Building, Loan, and Strategic Planning Committees.



Kerry J. Chauvin

Mr. Chauvin is Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Gulf Island Fabrication, Inc., a publicly traded company headquartered in Houma, Louisiana (NASDAQ: GIFI). Gulf Island Fabrication, Inc. is a leading fabricator of offshore drilling and production platforms and other specialized structures used in the development and production of offshore oil and gas reserves.  Mr. Chauvin is a graduate of Louisiana State University, attaining his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters degree in Business Administration.  He is a founder, charter member and past President of the South Central Industrial Association, a trade association for industry in the Bayou Region of Louisiana.  He is a founder and past President of the Terrebonne Waterway Association and a founder of the Terrebonne Navigation Coalition.  He previously served on the Board of Directors of the former First National Bank of Houma.  Mr. Chauvin is a former Chairman of the Board of Synergy Bancshares, Inc., and its subsidiary, Synergy Bank, and currently serves on the Bank’s Compensation, Executive, Loan, and Strategic Planning Committees.



Michel H. Claudet

Mr. Claudet is the Terrebonne Parish President.  He was an attorney in his own law firm, Michel H. Claudet, A Professional Law Corporation.  He is also a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Life Underwriter.  He received his undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University and his Juris Doctorate from Loyola University.  Mr. Claudet has extensive real estate holdings, including apartment complexes, acreage, vacant lots, commercial buildings, and resort properties.  He formerly owned Café Milano and Aficionados in downtown Houma.  Mr. Claudet has served on the Board of Directors of the former Community Homestead Association.  He is active in serving the local community through various professional and civic organizations, including being President of the State Apartment Association and a director of the Houma-Terrebonne Chamber of Commerce.  Formerly, he has served as President of the Kiwanis Club of Houma, President of the South Central Chapter of Louisiana Certified Public Accountant's, President of the Houma Downtown Development Corporation, President of the Houma-Thibodaux Apartment Association, President of the Bayou Chapter of the Louisiana Restaurant Association, and as a member of the Library Board of Control.  Mr. Claudet served as the founding Chairman of the Board for Synergy Bancshares, Inc., and its subsidiary, Synergy Bank.  He also serves on the Bank’s Asset Liability Management, Executive, Loan, and Strategic Planning Committees.



Gordon E. Dove

Mr. Dove, a lifelong resident of Houma, is President and owner of Vacco Marine, Inc., which originated in 1980 and provides vacuum trucks and water blasters for the removal of certain material in the offshore marine service industry.  He has business interests in a number of industries including marine service, restaurant, trucking, real estate development, oil field construction, oil reclamation, manufacturing and machine industries.  In the Louisiana House of Representatives, Mr. Dove serves as the State Representative for District 52 and is Chairman of the Natural Resources and Environment Committee.  Mr. Dove is a member of the South Central Industrial Association, Offshore Marine Service Association, Mark Twain Club, Louisiana Association of Business and Industry, and Louisiana Restaurant Association.  He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Houma-Terrebonne Chamber of Commerce.  Mr. Dove is also a state general contractor in commercial building construction and oilfield construction.  He also serves on the Bank’s Audit, Compensation, Loan, and Strategic Planning Committees.



Morris P. Hebert, Chairman

Mr. Hebert is the President of Morris P. Hebert, Inc., a Houma based professional land surveying, engineering, and environmental services company licensed to practice in the states of Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida, Texas and Arkansas.  He is active in various professional, community, religious and social organizations.  Mr. Hebert is a past President of the Louisiana Society of Professional Surveyors, past Chairman of the Louisiana State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors, and former member of the National Council of Examiners for Engineers and Surveyors.  He currently serves on the Boards of Directors of Terrebonne General Medical Center, Terrebonne Economic Development Authority, and Catholic Charities of Houma-Thibodaux.  Mr. Hebert also serves on the Nicholls State University Geomatics Advisory Committee.  He is a graduate of Nicholls State University.  Mr. Hebert is the Chairman of the Boards of Synergy Bancshares, Inc. and its subsidiary, Synergy Bank.  He is Chairman of the Bank’s Executive and Compensation Committees and Co-chair of the Bank’s Building Committee.  Mr. Hebert also serves on the Bank’s Loan and Strategic Planning Committees.



Jerry P. Ledet, Jr.

Mr. Ledet is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Synergy Bancshares, Inc., and its wholly owned subsidiary, Synergy Bank.  He is an experienced banker, whose career has encompassed extensive commercial and retail lending as well as branch administration and management.  Mr. Ledet is active in several civic organizations.  He is a Past Chairman and Ex Officio Board Member of the Houma-Terrebonne Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Kiwanis Club of Houma, a member and former director of the Louisiana Association of Business and Industry, Board member and Treasurer of the Leonard J. Chabert Medical Center Foundation, President of the Bowie Fire Company Board in Lafourche Parish, member of the Houma Rotary Club, and Past President and Board Member of the United Way for South Louisiana.  He is a graduate of Leadership Terrebonne.  Mr. Ledet graduated Magna Cum Laude from Nicholls State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.  Furthering his education in the field of banking, he successfully completed the course requirements and received his diploma from the Graduate School of Banking of the South in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.  He is a past recipient of the volunteer activist award from MacDonell United Methodist Children’s Services, Inc. and the 2007 recipient of the distinguished graduate award from St. Joseph Catholic Elementary School.  Mr. Ledet serves as Chairman of the Bank’s Loan Committee and also serves on the Bank’s Asset Liability Management, Building, Compensation, Executive, and Strategic Planning Committees.



Koti Sangisetty, MD

Dr. Sangisetty is a medical doctor, certified by the American Board of Urology.  He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and has a master’s degree in medical management from the University of Wisconsin.  Dr. Sangisetty is the founder of Terrebonne Medical Park, whose facilities encompass the operations of Urology Health Center LLC and Terrebonne Pediatric Clinic LLC.  He is also a founder of Houma Urgent Care LLC, a facility providing emergency medical care.  In addition to his private practice, Dr. Sangisetty is an assistant professor of urology at Tulane Medical Center and a founding member and Medical Director of Physicians Surgical Specialty Hospital.  He is also Regional Medical Director for Symbion Healthcare, headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee.  He is a former director of the Houma-Terrebonne Chamber of Commerce.  Dr. Sangisetty serves on the Bank’s Asset Liability Management, Audit, Loan, and Strategic Planning Committees.



Jeff J. Scott

Mr. Scott is a long-time veteran of the shrimp processing industry.  He is the founder of Scottcos' of Dulac, Inc., a nationally recognized seafood processing company.  He is also part owner of numerous other businesses in seafood, oil and related industries.  Mr. Scott is a past President of the Louisiana Shrimp Association and the American Shrimp Processors Association, the past Regional Vice President of the National Fisheries Institute, and a member of the Louisiana Governors Shrimp Task Force.  He served on the Board of Directors of the former Progressive Bank & Trust Company.  Mr. Scott also serves on the Bank’s Asset Liability Management, Audit, Loan, and Strategic Planning Committees.



Frank Jeffrey "Jeff" Teuton

Mr. Teuton is the President of Southland Dodge, Chrysler Jeep LLC and co-founder of Southland International, Inc.  These companies encompass three dealerships with four locations in Houma, Gray, Thibodaux, and Harahan, handling all lines of Chrysler cars, light duty trucks and Navistar International medium and heavy trucks.  He is the President and owner of Southland Speed and Performance LLC, a high performance specialty machine shop servicing the automobile racing industry.  Mr. Teuton is also a co-founder of Southland Idealease, Inc., a leasing company that caters to commercial transportation customer needs.  He is a graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University and is involved in various business and civic concerns.  Mr. Teuton has served on the Board of Directors of the Louisiana Automobile Dealers Association and on the Houma-Terrebonne Airport Commission.  He is a member of the Houma-Terrebonne Chamber of Commerce and the Houma Automobile Dealers Association.  Mr. Teuton also serves on the Bank’s Audit, Compensation, Loan, and Strategic Planning Committees.
