Messenger Service Instructions

Would you like to receive email alerts or text message alerts for your Synergy Bank accounts? Synergy Bank Messenger is the answer!


Upon logging into your Synergy Bank Online Banking Account (though you must be enrolled in Synergy Bank Online Banking to use this service), messenger is located on the left hand side of the accounts page. You can set up alerts for your checking, loans, and CD accounts with us:

 

 

1) Click on "New" next to the type of account you want to set up a new alert for.

2) Pick the type of alert from the menu list, then click next.

3) Enter your email address or text message address you would like to receive the alert, then click submit.

 

 

If you would like to check your list of alerts, click on Checking, Loans, or Certificate of Deposit (depending on which type of accounts you have set alerts up for).  Notice that you can also delete an unwanted alert on this screen.

 

 

Alerts are sent once a day at approximately 5:00AM and are received if the event chosen occured.
