Synergy Switch Kit


We want to make your switch to Synergy Bank as easy as possible.  To do that, we have two easy ways to use Switch Kit packets to help with the move.  Each contains information on how to make the switch as well as forms for Direct Deposit, ACH withdrawals, and a form to close your account at your previous bank.

 

Interactive Version - (*Requires Adobe Acrobat 7.0 or higher)
  • Allows you to fill in information on the PDF document for Direct Deposit, ACH withdrawals, and Close Accounts forms.

Hand Written Version - (*Works with Adobe Acrobat 6.0 or older)
  • Allows you to view our Switch Kit file and fill it in by hand.  You can then fax, mail, or scan the documents to send to the proper institutions.
