UPDATE March 23, 2020: With the updated guidance from the Governor of Louisiana, all Synergy Bank lobbies will be closed starting Tuesday, March 24. Our drive-thrus, ATMs, telephone and online banking services will remain open to assist you. Drive-thru hours at each location are 7:45 a.m. – 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. – noon on Saturday.

We have informed our employees of the preventative measures such as hand washing and practicing good health habits, and we have advised them to stay home when sick to help minimize exposure for our customers and staff. We have communicated with our cleaning staff and employees about increasing the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting areas with many touchpoints such as counters, door handles, hand railings, and restrooms.

Synergy Bank offers many options to help our customers beyond our offices. We encourage you to use our ATMs, online banking, mobile banking, and telephone banking. Synergy’s ATMs are available for cash dispensing and cash or check deposits. Below are some preventative tips:

  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol if soap and water are not available.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
  • Stay home when you are sick.
  • Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash.
  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.
